It comes with a removable nose bridge, 2.5 mm soft elastic cord, an adjustable toggle, and one sheet of sterilization cloth for an extra layer.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo adjust the elastic, put the mask on and move the cord up or down with the toggle until it feels right. Once you have the fit you want, tie the ends of the cord at the toggle and trim away any excess.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt measures about 9.5\" across by 5.5\" from nose to chin and was designed to fit many adult male sizes.
