Block Party

Block Party has a very distinctive graphic appeal. I made it from antique Japanese katazome fabric with an indigo-dyed cube pattern that holds its own immediately.
The antique fabric is backed with durable canvas, and I finished it with a hidden zipper to keep everything clean and contained.
It’s a 17" × 17" pillow, and I paired it with a 20" × 20" down insert to give it a fuller, more generous shape.
